The main person behind OWT is Peter Godek, a web designer, illustrator, certified project manager (PMP, PRINCE2) and software engineer. He does smaller project by himself, and hires other professionals for bigger enterprises. A couple of years industry experience with leading medium-sized projects lets him handle both project types smoothly.
